Refunds are not available for monthly or annual memberships. Since you can preview ad-supported website content and digital PDF products cannot be returned, we maintain a no-refund policy. However, you can easily cancel your monthly membership anytime and opt out of annual renewal through your member dashboard.
To cancel your monthly membership, visit your account and select the "Subscriptions" button. Even if you cancel, you'll retain your Premium membership access for the month/year you've paid for. However, after this period, access will cease. You're free to cancel and rejoin whenever you wish. Please allow up to 7 days before your renewal to process cancellations.
