Chicken bacon ranch pasta salad is a quick and easy crowd-pleaser that’s perfect for potlucks, parties, or weeknight meals. Serve it as a main dish or a hearty side!
2cups(300g)halved cherry tomatoessub roma tomatoes
1cup(100g)sliced green onionssub chives
½cup(120g)ranch dressing
¼cup(63g)catalina dressingsub for more ranch dressing if you prefer
14g(14g)ranch seasoninga half packet, optional
salt and pepperto taste
Instructions
Cook 8 oz short cut pasta according to the package directions. Drain and set to the side to cool down.
In a large bowl, mix ½ cup ranch dressing, ¼ cup catalina dressing, and 14 g ranch seasoning until fully combined.
To the same bowl, add the cooled pasta, 8 oz cooked, diced chicken breast, 8 oz cooked, chopped bacon, 2 cups halved cherry tomatoes, 1 cup sliced green onions, and salt and pepper to taste. Mix together until fully combined. Serve at chilled or at room temperature.
Store the salad in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
