Ingredients
½cup(128g)balsamic vinegar
1cup(240g)ketchup
¼cup(55g)brown sugar
2tablespoons(30g)Dijon mustard
3tablespoons(51g)Worcestershire sauce
1teaspoon(3g)onion powder
½teaspoon(3g)salt
½teaspoon(1g)black pepper
½teaspoonsmoked paprika
¼teaspoon(0.5g)cayenne pepper
Instructions
Add the ingredients to a medium saucepan and whisk over medium heat until the mixture begins to simmer.
Simmer for about 8-10 minutes until the sauce starts to thicken.
Allow the sauce to cool and transfer it to a storage container with a lid. Store the BBQ sauce in the fridge for up to two weeks.
