cream cheese

sweet corn
drained

(7 oz.) can
diced green chilis

teaspoon
salt

teaspoons
dried parsley
Instructions
Preheat oven to 300°F.
In a heavy saucepan, melt butter, cream cheese and milk over medium heat. Stir until smooth and add the corn, green chilis, parsley and salt.
Stir to combine and pour the mixture into an 8" x 8" baking dish. Sprinkle with more parsley and bake for 30 minutes.
