Restaurant Style Guacamole

This is hands down the best guacamole recipe, loaded with fresh ingredients and full of flavor!

Ingredients
 

  • 2 avocados ripe
  • ¼ cup diced onion red, white or yellow
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tomato seeds and pulped removed, diced
  • 1 jalapeño pepper seeded and diced
  • juice of one lime
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Use a spoon to scoop out the flesh and transfer to a mixing bowl. Use a fork to mash the avocado into desired consistency.
  • Add the remaining ingredients with the mashed avocado and stir until fully combined. Serve with tortilla chips.
