I'm Amy Duska, the founder of Little Spoon Farm and I'm so glad you're here!
We've taken the guesswork out of sourdough recipes for beginners, and I'm thrilled to share my tips and tricks with you!
You'll love our simple sourdough recipes, like our beginner's tutorials for sourdough starter and beginners sourdough bread. We also enjoy sharing our favorite dessert recipes, such as easy apple pie and sourdough chocolate chip cookies.

When I'm not working on new recipes, I love spending time with my family, hanging out with the cows, and putzing around the farm.
Most people are surprised to learn that I have seven grown kids and chose to leave the city for a simpler life near the foothills of the Tennessee mountains.
I've also been a Certified Holistic Nutritionist since 2015 and I use that knowledge to help with my recipe development.
