Lemon Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • cup extra virgin olive oil
  • cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves

Instructions

  • Place the ingredients into a pint-sized mason jar and tightly secure the lid.
  • Vigoursly shake the jar until the ingredients are well combined.
  • Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Allow the dressing to come to room temperature and shake well before using.
